STUDY ON TYPES OF BREAD

 

 

  • INFORMATION BOARD (01/07/2019).

  • A bulletin board has been prepared with recipes on how to make different types of bread, as well as rules, appointments and information on traditions related to our product. Students and parents can see what is being done in the project.

 

STRAINING SESSIONS ABOUT ENTREPRENEURIAL

 

 

  • WORKSHOP ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP (01/25/2019).

  • On January 25th a workshop was held by Mrs. Magdalena Gajewska about how to start a business and grants to help its start-up.

 

 

  • MEETING WITH AN ENTREPRENEUR (01/17/2019).

  • On January 17th our group participated in a meeting with the owner of 'Akademii Ciastka' in Twardej Mr. Lukaszem Otreba who shared his professional experience with them.
  • The students asked him about how he had the idea of ​​creating his own company, sources of financing, management of a company, or character and skills that a successful entrepreneur should have.

 

MONITORING OF THE PROCESS OF BREAD MAKING

 

     

  • BAKED BREAD WORKSHOP (01/17/2019).

  • Taking advantage of the visit to the company 'Akademii Ciastka' in Twardej our group participated in bakery workshops.

 

 

  • VISIT TO 'ABWIX II S.C. BEZAT A.K.' (12/11/2018).

  • It is a visit to a local bakery in which a group of students has been able to know all the stages of the preparation of bread from its components, the correct dosage, mixing and molding until cooking.

 

 

 

 

EUROPEAN DAY

 

     

  • EUROPE IS A PLACE TO LIKE (05/30/2019).

  • On May 30th we organized a competition for students about the European Union.
  • Teams of different classes had to recognize languages, monuments and answer many questions about European countries, prepare typical recipes, etc.
  • All participating students received gifts. There were also memories of our trips abroad.
  • The students involved in the project presented their diaries made after the meetings and showed some of the prepared presentations.

STRAINING SESSIONS ABOUT ENTREPRENEURIAL

 


  • START UP LAB (01/21/2019).

  • The Innicia project and the Erasmus + project go hand in hand in this activity helded on the 21st Jannuary at the IES Mirador del Genil.
  • Our students made contact with the world of entrepreneurship and they settled bases for the creation of new companies.
  • Start up Lab is the name of the workshop that was developed with 2nd, 3rd and 4th level students. This was the first of three sessions in which students began their first steps in entrepreneurship.
  • In this session, students from Iznájar raised challenges around the commercialization of olive oil in some European countries.

 

 

 

 

 

LEARNING ABOUT THE ECOLOGICAL CULTIVATION OF THE OLIVE TREE

 


  • VISIT TO 'ACEITES VIZCANTAR' (02/04/2019).

  • A group of 52 students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th ESO level went to Almedinilla on February 4 to visit an ecological olive grove.
  • During the walk among olive trees they could distinguish the different varieties of olive and olives (hojiblanca, picudo and picual) and they learned to distinguish the trees according to the appearance of the leaves. They also had the opportunity to see olive trees up to 1500 years old.
  • Then the group moved to Priego de Córdoba, where they participated in a tasting of oils and they learned about the different qualities of oil (refined, virgin and extra virgin).
  • Some of these students participate in the Erasmus + project and they gathered valuable information for their next visits to Italy and Lithuania, where they will develop tastings of olive oil from Iznájar together with other European local products.
